Eat at least ¾ of your body weight in grams of protein daily (e.g., 180 lbs = 135g protein). Protein helps you feel full, maintain muscle, and boost metabolism.

How long will it take to see results?

Our clinical study showed an average weight loss of 1–2 pounds per week over 12 weeks, but individual results may vary. For added support, we recommend incorporating Activation Accelerators (listed above) into your routine—these lifestyle habits can help reinforce consistency and complement your experience with the MindBody GLP-1 System.* 

Why am I experiencing digestion changes?

MB Enhance contains fiber, which is essential to maintaining a healthy weight and a well-balanced diet, in addition to optimizing the gut for natural GLP-1 Activation. If you’re not used to consuming this source of fiber, it can take a while for your body to adjust. This might look like bloating, differences in bowel movements, and increased gas. As your digestive system gets used to this new nutrient, these symptoms will subside. Remember ease into using MB Enhance slowly. Start with a half serving for at least a week. Listen to your body. If you need to stay at a half serving for longer than a week, do it. The goal is to get to a full serving in a way that is comfortable for you.* 

What can I mix MB Enhance with?

You can add MB Enhance to any food or beverage. We suggest protein shakes, smoothies, coffee, tea, yogurt, oatmeal, or other LifeVantage products like AXIO® or Daily Wellness. Just remember that it has a subtle vanilla flavor. Avoid combining MB Enhance with sugary drinks. 

What should I expect when transitioning from synthetic GLP-1 to the MB System?

Transitioning from a synthetic GLP-1 to the MindBody GLP-1 System can be a different experience, and it's important to set the right expectations. Because these two approaches work in different ways, we recommend making this shift under the guidance of a licensed healthcare professional.◊ 

There are 2 ways to transition: 

Immediate switch 
Gradual taper 

If switching immediately, you may notice a return of hunger or cravings, especially if lifestyle habits (like nutrition and movement) weren’t established during your time on synthetic GLP-1. It can take up to 12 weeks for the MindBody System to optimize natural GLP-1 levels.* 

To help support your transition: 

  • Eat balanced, fiber- and protein-rich meals 
  • Be mindful of hunger and fullness cues 
  • Stay active most days of the week 
  • Stay hydrated 
  • Use MB Enhance when cravings strike* 

If tapering gradually, work with your healthcare provider to develop a plan. Starting the MindBody System 2–3 weeks before beginning your taper may help ease the transition by kickstarting natural GLP-1 Activation and microbiome changes.* 

However you transition, remember this is a journey, not a quick fix. Lifestyle changes are key to lasting results. Be patient with your body and focus on consistent, sustainable habits.◊ 

What lifestyle changes should I make when using the MindBody System?

The MindBody GLP-1 System™ works best when paired with permanent healthy lifestyle habits. While there’s no one-size-fits-all approach, we recommend making small, sustainable changes that help support your nutrition, movement, sleep, and overall wellness. 

Set a healthy foundation with the MB Base routine. Layer in Activation Accelerators to reinforce consistency, build sustainable healthy habits, and stay aligned with your goals while using the system. 

Start by rating your commitment on a scale of 1–10. Then, choose the same number of Activation Accelerators to focus on. Each step you take helps strengthen your routine.
